Our digital Buy The Day calendar fundraiser platform has been designed to be simple and easy to use.
1. After we agree and your organization commits to utilizing our service, the organization emails us a list of participants, using our excel template.
2. Spark Fundraising, LLC will create a specific URL for each individual participant, which will be linked to their own personal calendar.
3. Each participant will share the URL link with friends and family, via email, social media, etc.
4. When a donor clicks on the link, they will be directed to the calendar where they can view and select available dates.
5. The donor is directed to a secure payments page, hosted by Stripe, where they are able to make a payment via debit/credit card.
6. Spark Fundraising, LLC will provide regular updates to the organization as funds begin to accumulate.
7. After the campaign has ended, Spark Fundraising, LLC will transfer the funds to the organization electronically or via check.
